Tenor obtains ISO 27001 certification

Certification ISO 27001 Tenor

We are proud to announce that, having successfully passed the certification audit in July, Tenor is now officially ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for hosting and operating the infrastructure of its eDemat e-invoicing solution. This achievement places us in the select circle of certified French software publishers, reinforcing our commitment to information security.

A corporate project focused on excellence

This certification is the fruit of a rigorous, collaborative corporate project. All our teams were mobilized to ensure its success, from training our corporate governance to ISO 27001 requirements, to raising awareness among all our staff of best practices in security and cybersecurity. We have also implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee our continuous improvement approach.

“This certification testifies to Tenor’s commitment to the highest standards of safety and compliance. It also illustrates Tenor’s constant quest for excellence on behalf of its customers” commented André Ferrari, Chairman of Tenor.

Tenor’s future PDP takes another step forward

Obtaining ISO 27001 certification also represents a crucial step in the future connection of our eDemat PDP (Partner Dematerialization Platform) solution to the Public Billing Portal (PPF), as part of compliance with the new legislation on electronic invoicing.

eDemat PDP will enable users to transmit their invoices to the Public Billing Portal with ease, even if they don’t use one of the 3 formats recognized by the PPF (UBL, UN/CII XML and FacturX). Companies using EDI can continue to issue or receive EDIFACT invoices. For those whose Supply Chain flows with customers and suppliers are already in EDI, eDemat PDP will enable all invoice flows to be supervised on a single tool.

In addition, eDemat PDP will meet e-reporting requirements for companies sending or receiving foreign invoices in electronic format, whether dematerialized or not. Finally, if a company receives invoices in a wide variety of formats, using eDemat PDP will enable it to set up its e-reporting without difficulty, as it will take care of setting up the single format and concatenation by period and SIREN.

This ISO 27001 certification reinforces our position as a major player in information security and dematerialization, offering our customers the highest levels of security.

ISO 27001 – an international security standard

Tenor’s certification follows the support and final audit carried out by the BSI Group, the world’s leading national standards body, and the originator of the first information security management standards, BS 7799, which inspired ISO 27001.

ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security. It establishes requirements for the implementation and management of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), focusing on risk assessment and the implementation of measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

This certification testifies to our commitment to adopting an effective approach to implementing appropriate controls, thereby guaranteeing the security of our customers’ sensitive data.
